A soundtrack written by one of the best French composer!
A great casting for Sophie Lellouche’s first full-length movie. She has made the right choice by seeking the talents of the great French composer Jean-Michel Bernard to illustrate the film. This great pianist has been the sideman of Ray Charles for a while, he is the favorite composer of movie maker Michel Gondry (« Be Kind, Rewind ») and has also worked with French film directors Claude Chabrol, Francis Weber, and has recently composed the music of « Hugo Cabret » by Martin Scorcese. For the music of Paris-Manhattan, Jean-Michel Bernard has asked Laurent Korcia (a notorious violin soloist) for his unique style, and the result is a brilliant way to express the romanticism of Paris and the jazzy atmosphere you can find all over Manhattan!
